Coach House Cottage is a very pretty cottage set in the grounds of a large period house, only a few miles from the coast. The property is one of five which are available to let on a holiday let basis, and it offers comfortable accommodation which is well presented. There is no shortage of things to do in the area, from sailing at nearby Chichester Harbour, to horse racing and motor sport at Goodwood. One of the best sandy beaches in Southern England is only a few miles away. There are two golf courses literally a few hundred yards down the road, and lovely farmland views can be obtained from the communal gardens. The cottage has a separate kitchen which has the usual utensils, and there is a laundry room set in a separate outbuilding for all the visitors. It is ideal for a small family with one or two children, as there are twin beds in the second bedroom along with a double bed in the main bedroom. There is a television (Freeview) and DVD player and the cottage is available all year.
The property is situated just to the south of the beautiful cathedral city of Chichester. Within just a few miles to the south lie some superb beaches and a nature reserve, and there are two golf courses just down the road. Just to the north lie the South Downs, and the internationally renowned motor sport and horse racing activities at Goodwood are within a short drive. Chichester has a mainline train station and a variety of interesting shops, as well as the Festival Theatre, which attracts stars from all over the world. The village of Hunston has a pub and small shop, and you can walk along the canal into Chichester. There are good road links to Portsmouth to the west and Brighton to the east.
