73 The Fairway is a very pretty detached cottage set in a desirable private estate on the West Sussex coast. The property has great character, often referred to as a "Hansel & Gretel" cottage due to its appearance, and offers very comfortable family accommodation. It only a short walk from a quiet private beach and a few minutes’ drive from the activities and amenities available in the local area. The cottage was built in the 1930's and retains many of its period features. Originally purchased as a holiday retreat, the cottage remains a popular holiday destination all year round. You can enjoy winter walks along the beach to the Bognor Regis pier and of course the private beach is a real haven in the summer, with the area enjoying some of the best weather in the UK.
