Milldale is a large detached home which has been modernised to a high standard and now provides super accommodation for a family or group of people wanting a break near the sea. The property has three double bedrooms and will accommodate up to 7 or 8 people (there is a sofa bed included). There is a luxury se - suite shower/"wet room" off the main bedroom and there is also a family bathroom. There is a particularly large kitchen/breakfast room with separate utility room and the kitchen is very well equipped. There is a lovely oak floor in some of the rooms and gueste can enjoy a very pleasant garden. Lots of off - road parking. Beach lies within a 5-10 minute walk. Great for family/group holidays all year round.
Bracklesham Bay is a coastal village popular with wind surfers, surfers, sun seekers, families and generally anyone seeking a restful or active holiday. It is also a very popular destination for divers, with some excellent spots just a few miles off the coast. The village has some useful local shops and restaurants and there are more extensive facilities in the nearby village of East Wittering. Just further along from East Wittering is the famous sandy beach of West Wittering, regarded as one of the best beaches in the south of England. The cathedral city of Chichester lies just a few miles to the north and it offers a good range of shops, the beautiful cathedral and the internationally renowned Festival Theatre. Goodwood is also within driving distance and has the famous race course as well as the motor sports events. The larger towns of Portsmouth and Brighton cane be accessed by road or by rail from Chichester.
