30 Meadow Close is a superbly presented semi - detached house set in a very pleasant location in this downland village. It forms part of a small select development of high quality properties, all individual in style. The cottage has been extremely well fitted with tasteful kitchen and bathroom suites and it offers very conmfortable accommodation which is well furnished. It will sleep 6 people and it is ideal for either a family or group of people visiting the area for a holiday, or for a specific event such as the Revival Meeting at Goodwood, which is only a few miles away. There is an excellent restaurant nearby, the Earl of March, which is literally with a minutes' walk. It provides evening and lunch time meals. There are three double beds, an en - suite shower room and a bathroom. There is parking available and also a pleasant garden.
Horse racing and motor sport, including the internationally famous Festival of Speed and Revival Meeting at Goodwood are with a very short drive of the cottage. There is an ancient Saxon church in the village, and the nearby city of Chichester is famous not only for its cathedral, but also its Roman connections. There is a fascinating museum at the village of Fishbourne (Roman Palace), and the Weald & Downland Open Air Museum is only about 4 miles away. This provides a great day out for all the family, with historical buildings and picturesque surrounds. There are excellent sailing facilities at nearby villages, Bosham and Itchenor, and numerous sporting facilities such as golf courses and tennis courts in the vicinity. There is also a lovely sandy beach in the villlage of West Wittering to the south.
