'Teleki' is a spacious and very well presented holiday home that is ideal for a holiday retreat or for a family get-together. The house will comfortably sleep 10, with a sofa bed available if you need to accommodate 12 guests. All the rooms are generously proportioned, with a particular feature being the open-plan kitchen/dining room overlooking the garden. On the ground floor there is a very pleasant sitting room with flat screen TV and DVD player. There is also a second sitting room which is home to the sofa bed, if required. The large kitchen/dining room has doors opening to the garden, making it ideal for those long summer evenings, and there is the convenience of a separate utility room. There is a very good sized bedroom on the ground floor, as well as a WC. On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms, 2 of which have en-suite bathrooms, as well as a family bathroom.

The gardens of the house are available for guests to enjoy and there is ample parking, as well as use of the double garage if required. There is a Wi-Fi internet connection. Set down a quiet country road, 'Teleki' is a great holiday home for a family group, peaceful retreat or as a base from which to explore the stunning Sussex countryside and the historic towns and cities nearby.
'Teleki' is found in the rural village of Runcton, just a few miles south of the historic city of Chichester. Famous for its dominating cathedral, world renowned theatre and it's rich history dating back to Roman times, Chichester attracts visitors all year round. With excellent shopping in the picturesque city centre and a choice of restaurants and bars to suit any visitor, Chichester offers something for everyone. The beautiful Sussex countryside is also on the doorstep, with many fantastic walks and cycle routes on the South Downs. The Sussex coast is also home to some of the best beaches in England, with West Wittering being of particular note and only a short drive away. For a taste of a traditional English seaside town, Bognor Regis is only about 5 miles down the road. Just to the north of Chichester, Goodwood offers a busy horse racing calendar, as well as world famous motor racing events such as the Festival of Speed. There is also a golf course available to visitors to the area. A little further afield, Portsmouth, the historic home of the English Navy, offers an excellent day out for shopping and site-seeing. The exciting city of Brighton is about 30 miles along the coast to the east.
